For our client Electrolux, a global leader in household appliances and appliances for professional use, we are looking for a:
BUSINESS CONTROLLER ADRIATIC (f/m).

Business Controller Adriatic is head of the finance & administration department and responsible for accounting, reporting, HR administration and IT and plays a vital advisory role in operational and strategic decision making throughout the organisation.

Responsibilities:
    Business and management support for the development, maintenance and profitability of the sales division
    Developing the local administrative organization and supporting structure in order to reach the targets
    Preparation and analysis of financial results including ongoing variance analyses and initiation 
    of corrective measures when necessary
    Ensuring that accounting procedures and rules are followed in terms of local legal and company requirements
    Reporting punctually, accurately and completely all figures and necessary reports
    Driving and coordinating the budget process within the sales division
    Coordinating the preparation of forecasts throughout the year and actively participating in monthly 
    business calls by providing business analyses
    Contact with external and internal auditors
    Responsibility for asset management and inventory control
    Supporting the local and cluster management with necessary financial information, 
    particularly concerning profitability and capital efficiency

Requirements:
    Higher education / university degree (e.g. Business Administration), economic science
    At least 5 years of job experience in controlling area
    Fluent English, both written and spoken
    MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    SAP knowledge
    In depth knowledge of accounting and finance standards
    Precise, detail-oriented and reliable
    Good business overview and the ability to identify interrelations
    Analytical and strategic thinking, problem solving attitude
    Team-builder with good relationship building skills
