To start as of now, they are looking for a:

Your tasks:
Financial reporting activities (primary tasks):
RWE Group financial consolidation (by IFRS)
Preparation and updates of accounting methodology (according to IFRS and/or Local GAAP)
Supporting financial year-end closing activities (cooperation with auditors, accounting, CFO)
Controlling activities (primary tasks):
Regular Controlling reports (budget spending, variance analysis, cost reports)
Ad-hoc analysis – Management decision making process support (various KPI analysis, review of investment opportunities)
Preparation of financial plans, forecasts and ad-hoc business cases
Risk management (secondary tasks):
Assistance in the risk management process (process of identification, quantification, mitigation and monitoring of risks)
Credit Risk and Market Risk assessment
Monitoring the debt management process of the company

Development of business processes and methodologies in CFO area (with strong interface to IT)
Cooperation and communication with different business departments (RWE East Controlling & Reporting, Sales, Accounting, Strategy, Procurement…)

Your profile: 
University degree in Economics or Engineering
An advanced degree (MBA, CFA) would be an advantage
Knowledge of Corporate Finance, derivatives and/or Financial Modelling
Minimum 2 year of professional experience in similar field (controlling, finance, risk management, consulting, audit)
PC Skills: advanced knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), programming (e.g. Excel VBA) is advantage
Fluency in written and spoken: Croatian and English
The knowledge of German or Czech or Slovak is advantage
Ability to deliver precise quality work even under time pressure
Strong team player. Hands-on, relentless and independent, able to manage complexity
Structured and assertive in communication
Analytical, independent and well organized person
