Finance director with german language (f/m) - Zagreb

For their client, they are looking for a:
FINANCE DIRECTOR WITH GERMAN LANGUAGE (F/M)

Responsibilities:

• Organizing and supervising the internal and external business reporting
• Monitoring business results, the internal KPI development and coordination
• Participating in the financial planning and annual accounting
• Liaising with tax counsellors, Management Accounting and the Financial Asset Accounting as well as with the bank
• Continuous reviewing and developing of internal processes with respect to internal and external compliance guidelines
• Handling matters relating to salaries and wages incl. payroll (liaising with tax counsellors)
• Filling in for the Deputy Managing Director according to internal needs

Requirements:

• University degree in economics or matters equivalent, or completed training as a qualified accountant
• Several years of relevant professional experience, preferably acquired working for an assistance company, an insurance company or an auditing firm
• Sufficient command of spoken and written German
• Full professional proficiency in computer use (particularly Excel)
• Independent and methodical working manner
• Assertiveness and very good communication skills
